Job summary

Goldfish Swim School – Roswell Village is looking for energetic team members to deliver WOW! customer service, enroll new members, and help families choose the right swim program.

Join a fun, growth-minded team with flexible scheduling, training, and opportunities to advance. You’ll work closely with families, schedule classes, assist with billing, and contribute to a welcoming school environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage with families.
• Experience in sales or enrollment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and reliable with multitasking ability.
• Positive, energetic attitude and teamwork focus.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the school.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! customer service to members and families.
• Assist with class scheduling, enrollment, and billing.

• Work in a sales capacity to enroll new members.
• Follow up with prospective and current members.
• Support events and activities at the school.

What You'll Do

• Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members and families
