B Street Collision in Omaha, NE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, route inquiries to the right staff, schedule appointments, update customers on vehicle progress, receive payments, and handle administrative tasks.

The CSR role offers a Monday–Friday 7:30AM–5:30PM schedule, computer-based work, paid training, and a full benefits package, with hourly pay of 17–23 USD and a potential monthly bonus. This position supports growth within the company.

• Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:30AM - 5:30PMshift
• Working behind a computer for an extended period of time and occasional need to leave desk to complete administrative tasks.
• Computer savvy
• Able to prioritize and complete tasks
