Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with office equipment and computer applications.
• Empathy and understanding towards residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Receive inquiries and release information in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities.
• Receive newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents.
