You will greet guests, route calls, handle basic admin tasks, and support residents and families with a warm, professional demeanor in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year reception/office support experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to be on-call and cover shifts.
• Must use a multi-line phone system.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain records and reservation requests.
• Answer, transfer, and take messages for phone calls.
• Direct visitors around the community and answer questions.
• Provide basic word-processing and data support.
