Director Of Admissions and Marketing Manager

Position Type: Part-Time (Two Shifts Available)

Schedule Options:

  • Morning Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our students, visitors, and staff. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent service to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, students, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Process payments, manage invoices, and assist with basic financial transactions.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with student inquiries and provide general support to staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Word, etc).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
