Valley Pointe Nursing and Rehab Center in Castro Valley, CA is seeking a front desk receptionist to assist with administrative duties and create a warm, friendly environment for visitors, patients and staff. On-call schedule with pay $18 to $19 DOE.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, screening entrants, coordinating administrative tasks, managing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining confidentiality of resident information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions and multiline phone system.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors warmly and attend to their needs.
• Answer phone calls and direct to the correct department.
• Screen visitors and staff before entry to the facility.
• Coordinate administrative functions and promptly report issues or concerns.
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report disclosures.
