HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness in Bentonville, AR. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you’ll greet visitors, assist with check-ins, and provide information about memberships, programs, services, and facility offerings.

This is an on-call/as-needed position with a flexible schedule in a dynamic health and wellness environment.

Qualifications

About the role

Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join the team at our state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, AR. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience by greeting visitors, assisting with check‑ins, answering questions, and providing information about memberships, programs, services, and facility offerings.

This is an on-call/as-needed position that provides coverage when regular team members are unavailable, making it a great opportunity for individuals seeking a flexible schedule while working in a dynamic health and wellness environment.

Greet, check‑in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult and pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

The compensation range for this role is $15 - $17/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
