We are seeking a full-time, 40 hours per week, front desk receptionist! This position will support the Front Desk Director and Front Desk Manager in front desk operations, delivering a positive experience and exceptional customer satisfaction for Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness members, guests, and other stakeholders.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:45am-1:30pm

Greet, check-in, and assist customers. Provide program information, services, and memberships, ensuring high customer service and participant satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities
  • Greet, engage with, and be attentive to Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness members and guests, practicing a positive, hospitality-focused mindset.
  • Be knowledgeable and able to provide accurate program, services, and membership information, and answer questions regarding all WFWH&F offerings.
  • Support marketing/promotional campaigns to increase awareness and interest among the Walmart/Sam's Club community.
  • Assist with administrative duties, membership enrollment, check-in/check-out procedures, and record keeping.
  • Navigate the member management system (ClubAutomation), troubleshooting account errors as needed.
  • Respond to client and participant requests, comments, or concerns in a friendly manner and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain knowledge of participant and facility policies, including Emergency Action Responses, and educate participants accordingly.
  • Maintain effective relationships with department teams, participate in internal programs and events, staff meetings, and trainings.
  • Perform opening and/or closing duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • 18 years or older, or have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of verifiable experience in Customer Service or Hospitality.
  • Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and AED through the Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety & Health Institute.
  • Ability to stand up to 50% of the shift.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); working knowledge of member management systems and databases.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour.
