We are seeking a full-time, 40 hours per week, front desk receptionist to support the Front Desk Director and Manager, delivering positive customer experiences for Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness members, guests, and stakeholders.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:45 am - 1:30 pm

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting, checking-in, and assisting customers with program information and memberships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns to promote awareness among Walmart/Sam's Club employees.
  • Handling administrative duties such as enrollment, check-in/out, and record keeping.
  • Using member management systems (e.g., ClubAutomation) to manage accounts and troubleshoot issues.
  • Responding to client requests and concerns promptly and helpfully.
  • Maintaining knowledge of policies and emergency procedures, educating participants as needed.
  • Participating in team meetings, training, and special events, including opening and closing duties.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old or a High School Diploma/GED.
  • One year of customer service or hospitality experience.
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications from recognized organizations.
  • Ability to stand for up to 50% of the shift.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with member management systems.

Compensation: $16.00/hour
