Woodlands Senior Living in Maine is seeking a friendly receptionist to warmly welcome visitors, answer phones, and keep accurate records. You will help maintain a tidy reception area and operate standard office equipment.

The successful candidate will be 18+, provide immunization proof, and demonstrate strong English communication. This entry-level, full-time role offers weekend shift differentials and a benefits package including health and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
• Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors may have.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
• Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, copier and a computer.
