Woodlands Senior Living in Maine is seeking a receptionist to warmly welcome visitors, answer calls, and keep notes and records while keeping the reception and common areas clean and organized. The role also involves operating standard office equipment and directing inquiries.

Competenze
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
- Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision.
Mansioni
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors may have.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, copier and a computer.
