Job summary

The NOW Massage Laguna Niguel is seeking warm, energetic Experience Guides (front desk receptionists) to create a welcoming, spa-like atmosphere for guests. You will greet visitors, explain services, and help guests choose memberships and products in a friendly, efficient manner.

As part of a family-owned brand, you will contribute to a calm, restorative environment and support a team that values honest communication and guest care across shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and set the tone at the front desk.
• Answer phones and describe services and products.
• Book appointments and promote memberships.
• Open and close the boutique according to SOPs.
• Own the appointment book and manage changes, cancellations, and re-bookings.
• Promote and explain services, enhancements, memberships, retail products, promotions, policies, and parking.
• Handle guest questions promptly and professionally.

Daily Functions:

As an Experience Guide, you'll set the tone at the front desk and keep the boutique running smoothly - greeting guests, answering phones, describing services and products, booking appointments, promoting memberships.

• Make every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk in
• Open and close the boutique according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Own the appointment book - manage changes, cancellations, re-bookings and optimization
• Promote and clearly explain services, enhancements, memberships, retail products, promotions, policies, and where to park
• Handle guest questions and concerns promptly, kindly, and professionally
