Lincoln Crawford Care Center is seeking a warm, dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our dedicated team in Cincinnati, OH. The role emphasizes welcoming visitors, handling calls, and supporting business office operations in a healthcare environment.

The position offers evenings (4:30-7:30pm) on Thursdays, Fridays, and every other weekend, with competitive pay based on experience and a supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with office software.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Reliability and attention to detail are a must.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing all visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answering and routing incoming calls efficiently.
• Assisting with resident funds and related transactions.
• Supporting new resident registration.
• Providing administrative assistance to business office, human resources, and medical records.
• Running occasional external errands to the post office or bank.
• Performing clerical duties including filing, typing, faxing, and copying.
