Bodenvy CoolSculpting & Weight Loss is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to create a welcoming, professional experience for clients in Winter Park, FL. You will manage check-ins, answer calls, schedule appointments, process payments, and support daily operations in a fast-paced wellness clinic environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and calmly multitasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

Formación

• Front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a med spa or wellness center is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients warmly and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage client check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure required paperwork is completed.
• Process payments and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Communicate effectively with treatment providers, sales consultants, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with client follow-ups and appointment reminders.
• Support the team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Position Overview

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and basic office technology.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
