Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments with warmth and a smile to ensure a high‑quality client experience.
• Manage multiple clients and downtime within treatment protocols.
• Review client records, process payments, and scan the Alle app before treatments.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and input Alle points; conduct post‑treatment reviews.
• Prep and sanitize treatment rooms between clients to maintain a sterile environment.
• Assist with laundry and supply stocking to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper use of cleaning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver every treatment with warmth and a genuine smile, ensuring a memorable, high-quality experience for each client.
• Efficiently manage multiple clients simultaneously by leveraging the "hands-off" downtime inherent in our treatment protocols.
• Review client records (UMRs), process payments, and scan the Alle app before escorting clients to treatment areas.
• Schedule follow-up appointments, input ALLE points, and conduct post-treatment reviews immediately following each session.
• Clean and prep treatment rooms immediately after each client leaves to maintain a professional and sterile environment.
• Wash, fold, and put away laundry continuously throughout the shift to prevent buildup and ensure a constant supply.
• Maintain machine longevity and performance by using proper cleaning techniques and handling with care.
• Keep the wet bar, bathrooms, and treatment rooms fully stocked throughout the day and before the final shift close.

Qualifications

• A self-motivated "hard worker" who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision to execute tasks efficiently.
• Mastery of multi-tasking, specifically the ability to manage and monitor multiple client treatments simultaneously without losing focus.
• Punctual and dependable, with the flexibility to stay late when the schedule requires it to ensure every client is served.
• An adaptable, quick learner looking for a long-term home to grow their skills and evolve with the company.
• Proactive in upselling and maintaining deep product knowledge to enhance both the client’s results and the business's bottom line.
• Consistently respectful conduct at all levels, with bilingual (Spanish) proficiency being a highly valued asset.
