Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality customer service following safety protocols.
  • Managing customer flow within the store.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls per protocol.
  • Understanding managed care plans and coordinating with insurance companies.
  • Providing accurate information to customers.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments and follow-ups.
  • Maintaining patient records and preparing files for upcoming appointments.
  • Checking order statuses and notifying customers of delays or arrivals.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and stocked.
  • Handling mail, deliveries, and inventory of supplies.
  • Participating in mandatory team meetings.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will:

  • Be fluent in English and Spanish, both reading and speaking.
  • Preferably have experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, but not required.
  • Have 0-2 years of related experience or training.
  • Be experienced with handling multiple phone lines.
  • Possess strong customer service and organizational skills.
