Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing high-quality customer service while adhering to safety protocols.
  2. Managing customer flow within the store.
  3. Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls per protocol.
  4. Understanding managed care plans and obtaining necessary documentation from insurance companies.
  5. Providing accurate information to customers.
  6. Scheduling and confirming appointments and follow-ups.
  7. Maintaining patient records and preparing files for upcoming appointments.
  8. Checking order statuses and notifying customers of delays or arrivals.
  9. Keeping the reception area tidy and stocked.
  10. Handling mail, deliveries, and inventory of supplies.
  11. Participating in mandatory team meetings.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates:

  • Are fluent in English and Spanish, both reading and speaking.
  • Have experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role (preferred but not required).
  • Possess 0-2 years of related experience or training.
  • Have experience managing multiple phone lines (preferred).
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and organizational skills.
