Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington state is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist - On Call to be the first contact for patients and visitors, providing friendly service and supporting daily front office operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and customer service skills, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Starting wage is $21.30 per hour with Monday–Saturday shifts and on-call hourly plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
• Register patients and accurately enter demographic information.
• Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records.
• Assist patients with forms, services, and referrals to community resources.
• Support back-office staff to help address clinical quality measure gaps.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and patient waiting areas.
