We are hiring for Full Time and Part Time Spa Concierge.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.
2. Educate the guest on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and ensuring a seamless experience.
3. Answer the phone with a smile each and every time.
4. Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring that the guest enters a clean, safe place with the right lighting, music, and scent for a memorable experience.
5. Remember the small things that make The Woodhouse special, such as the guest’s favorite drink, warm inviting neck wrap, and personal details like birthdays and anniversaries.
6. Serve as backup for the leadership team, ensuring smooth operations.
