More specifically, our fabulous Spa Concierge:

1. Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.
2. Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience.
3. Answers the phone with a smile each and every time.
4. Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music, and scent to ensure that memorable experience.
5. Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries.
6. Serves as backup for the leadership team, ensuring that things are running smoothly.
