Position Overview

NOW HIRING a flexible team member that is available to work at our FREEHOLD (2 Paragon Way) LOCATION with weekly trips to OUR PRINCETON (5 Vaughn Drive) LOCATION. Tree of Life Counseling Center is a busy out-patient mental health counseling and medication management office seeing over 1,600 clients in person and remotely every week and we are rapidly expanding. We are seeking a full-time (40 hours), front-desk, Coordinator to join our hard-working and close knit team in a role that requires in-person at our Freehold office with 1-2 days in our Princeton office.

The Care Coordinators are the first point of contact for our patients and clients whether answering phone calls or greeting clients at our front desk. The Care Coordinators help support the clinicians and assist clients with scheduling, on-boarding to our practice, and general customer service. We are a digital practice and utilize electronic health records and telephone systems that are all web-based, paperless systems. This position is not available to be performed remotely and must be in-person. Our ideal candidate thrives in ateam-basedenvironment, prides themselves on providingoutstanding customer service, has solid phone, text, emailcommunication and multi-tasking skillspreferably with a background incustomer service, works well in a fast-paced, but collegial environment and enjoys having a positive impact on every individual they engage with."

We accept almost every major insurance and have a growing waiting list of clients needing care. Our offices provide a warm and relaxing environment for both staff and clients and both of our locations provide group rooms, craft rooms (for children), sand-tray therapy and more. We have over 50 therapy rooms across our two locations with clinicians specializing in talk therapy and EMDR for anxiety, trauma, family issues, LGTBQ+ and more.
