Callier & Thompson Kitchens, Baths & Appliances in Manchester, MO seeks a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first face our clients meet. You’ll greet guests, answer phones, and help connect them with the right designer while keeping the showroom inviting.

This full-time, in-person role offers $18–$20 per hour, comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health, dental and vision, and paid time off; join a team with a strong customer-service focus and a warm showroom atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred (2 years recommended).
• Able to stay calm and organized when busy.
• Proficient with computers, phone systems, and new software.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming showroom guests, offering them a drink, and helping them feel right at home
• Answering phones and connecting callers with the right person quickly
• Making sure new clients get matched with the right designer
• Tracking showroom visits and new leads in our daily log
• Keeping the front desk, coffee bar, and showroom looking fresh and inviting
• Handling mail and packages, and keeping our information folders and catalogs stocked
• Keeping an eye on the shared calendar so you always know who’s in and who’s out
• Lending a hand with social media posts and office projects like data entry, client letters, and ordering supplies
• Helping team members with various administrative responsibilities

Callier & Thompson has been helping St. Louis families build the kitchens and baths of their dreams since the 1950s. Our 10,000-square-foot showroom in Manchester has more than 20 kitchen displays, a coffee bar, and a team that truly enjoys what we do. We’re looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first face (and voice!) our clients meet.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming showroom guests, offering them a drink, and helping them feel right at home
