Job summary

B Street Collision is hiring a Detailer to join a family‑owned shop focused on team‑based repairs and OEM‑quality results. You will learn from experienced techs, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to final quality checks that deliver a standout customer experience.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule (6:45 AM–5:00 PM) in a fast-paced shop. A valid driver’s license is required and buffing is welcome but not mandatory; training and growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented approach to cleaning, buffing, and final checks.
• Ability to multitask and work with various vehicle makes/models.
• Willingness to learn and take on new skills in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Wash exterior and vacuum/clean interior of vehicles.
• Buffing experience preferred but not required.
• Complete final quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist team with tasks and learn new skills.
• Maintain Mon-Fri 6:45AM-5:00PM schedule.
• Lift/squat/kneel/bend to manage car parts over 50 pounds.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models.
• Attention to detail with a positive can-do attitude.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A DETAILER?

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where your attention to detail makes a visible impact to the process.
• Ability to wash exterior of vehicle as well as vacuum and clean interior of vehicle
• Buffing experienced preferred but not required
• Complete final quality checks and take pride in your work to give each customer that "Wow" factor in every vehicle.
