1. Front Desk Agent

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and concerns.
• Create a warm and memorable guest experience.

What we're looking for:

• Friendly, professional, and responsible individuals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required for all positions.
