Community Health Choice, Inc. is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, vendors, and callers. You will provide professional customer service and support front office operations with reception, mail handling, and basic administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, directing inquiries, processing visitor logs, coordinating meeting spaces, and assisting with routine clerical duties and temporary coverage as needed.

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, vendors, and callers, providing professional customer service and administrative support to ensure efficient front office operations. This role manages reception area activities, directs inquiries, coordinates visitor access, and supports routine office administration. In addition to primary reception duties, the Receptionist may provide limited administrative support to departmental Administrative Assistants during temporary staffing shortages, employee absences, PTO coverage, or periods of increased workload.
