Job description

ABOUT ENGAGE

Engage Workspace is a professional coworking and office environment designed specifically for attorneys and legal professionals. We provide a structured, well-run space where members can focus on their work while relying on consistent, high-quality office operations.

The front desk plays a central role at Engage. It is the first point of contact for members, guests, and vendors, and it helps ensure the space runs smoothly throughout the day. We value reliability, professionalism, and people who take ownership of their role and follow established processes.

This is an in-office environment with steady activity and clear expectations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the space organized, welcoming, and operating efficiently every day.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Ownership-Driven: You take pride in owning the front desk and understand that your role sets the tone for the entire office experience.
  • First Impression Leader: You are confident being the first point of contact and see every interaction as an opportunity to create a professional, welcoming environment.
  • Energized by Momentum: You thrive in a fast-paced setting where no two days are identical and enjoy keeping people, tasks, and details moving seamlessly.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Frequent interruptions don’t rattle you — you prioritize, adapt quickly, and maintain control without sacrificing quality.
  • Process-Oriented: You value clear systems and consistently follow and reinforce established processes to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Detail-Aware and Proactive: You notice when something is off and address it before it becomes a larger issue.
  • Accountability-Focused: You show up on time, follow through on commitments, and take pride in being someone the team can rely on.

If you prefer a slow-paced environment, loosely defined responsibilities, or minimal accountability, this role will not be the right fit.
