Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Chicago, IL 60644

Job Type: Part-Time (Onsite)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15 - $23 per hour

Duration: 3-6 months, with potential for permanent placement with the end client

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at 5500 W Madison Street, Chicago, IL. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with the potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.

Compensation:

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
