Mobridge Regional Hospital is seeking a full-time Registration Clerk / Radiology Receptionist to provide courteous patient registration, scheduling, and administrative support. You will work closely with Radiology technologists to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive experience.

Ideal candidates possess excellent communication and computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Weekend/holiday rotation may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors courteously in person and by phone.
• Register patients, schedule radiology appointments, and assist with check-in/out.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate EMR records.
• Coordinate with Radiology staff to ensure timely patient flow and appointments.
• Answer calls and route inquiries to appropriate personnel.
