Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is seeking a Patient Services Representative for our El Paso outpatient imaging clinics. You will greet and register patients, verify referrals, collect payments, and manage scheduling with accuracy and a patient-centered approach.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and strong communication skills, with healthcare front office experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in a diverse Texas environment.

• Previous healthcare or front office experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in patients, ensure accurate registration and a welcoming experience.
• Verify referrals and authorizations and confirm exam preparation.
• Collect co-pays and manage patient records and accounts.
• Schedule appointments and walk-ins with valid doctor’s orders.
• Provide clear communication and support throughout the patient visit.
