Esplanade by the Islands in Naples, FL is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate. You will deliver quality customer service in a fast-paced hospitality setting within a Troon-managed property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related administrative training.
• Excellent English reading and speaking skills.
• Basic computer skills including Word/Excel; familiarity with Jonas/Publisher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answers phones, directs calls and takes messages as needed.
• Provides clerical support: typing, copying, filing, and mail preparation.
• Sorts mail and assists with department tasks as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
