Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of office or administrative experience preferred.

• Ability to stay calm and compassionate in fast-paced situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assess needs, connecting them with staff.
• Answer, route, and document routine and emergency calls.
• Manage visitor access and explain hospital policies.
• Document admissions/discharges in the EMR.
• Coordinate room scheduling and assist with clerical tasks.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies per protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and support a positive team environment.
• Participate in quality improvement and ongoing training.
