Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle payments, coding and billing processes with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for complete patient registration and pre-certification.
• Post payments, balance with reports, and manage cash deposits.
• Code diagnoses per physicians and assist with insurance forms and claims.
• Provide front office support, greet patients, and manage scheduling tasks.
• Assist with outpatient billing, collections and account resolution.
