Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and handle pre-certification and charge capture.
• Post payments and balance with day-end reports; manage cash deposits.
• Greet patients, verify insurance, check in, and obtain signatures.
• Assist with scheduling, front desk phone support, and patient inquiries.
• Process insurance forms, collect payments, and maintain billing records.
