Ideal candidates have strong customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities, with English proficiency and a team-oriented mindset. Work hours are typically weekdays, with a focus on patient satisfaction and efficient office operations.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Previous medical billing / office experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients presenting for medical services in a courteous manner.
• Answer telephones in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments according to established procedures.
• Communicate professionally with physicians, clinic staff and patients regarding appointments and needs.
• Record all demographic information necessary to contact patient and/or bill insurance carrier for services provided.
• Other duties as assigned.
