Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year front desk experience.
• 1 year medical office experience.
• Bilingual in English and another language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services and leaders.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals and perform insurance verifications.
