• Answers/routing phone calls.
• Provides general information to the public, patients, and their families.
• Provides ID badge to visitors and vendors.
• Coordinates with registration clerks for efficient registration of patients.
• Escorts patients, and visitors to appropriate departments.
• Serves as backup to registration clerks as needed.
• Sorts through incoming faxes and distributes as needed.
• Must have friendly demeanor and greets everyone with a smile.
• Early schedule start time.
