CT Dental Mgmt in Humble, TX is seeking an experienced front desk patient coordinator to join our busy practice. The ideal candidate will be motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable handling front desk duties and patient flow.

Knowledge of Open Dental software and dental insurance breakdowns is a plus, though we are willing to train the right person. Bilingual preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience as front desk coordinator or receptionist in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of dental insurance breakdowns (claims, benefits, timelines) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients, check in/out, and manage front desk flow.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the daily calendar.
• Verify patient insurance details and collect copays/balances.
