Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, translators, market leaders and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals and perform insurance verifications.
