Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones and direct callers or assist.
• Greet patients, sign them in, collect paperwork.
• Provide patients with office policies and required documents.
• Schedule appointments based on provider availability.
• Schedule patient orders and testing as advised by providers.
• Call patients to reschedule appointments and test scheduling.
• Maintain work area per OSHA guidelines and attend meetings.
• Participate in professional development and affiliations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
