Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton, WI is seeking a dependable Front Desk Receptionist for the overnight shift. This part-time role offers on-site work, a night differential, and a welcoming, secure community for residents and families.

You will greet residents and visitors, answer calls, coordinate services, monitor security systems, and support overnight operations with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Receptionist/hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, friendly and dependable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
• Overnight shift availability with rotating weekends.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.79/hour, plus a $1.00/hour Night Shift differential
Classification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)
Schedule: Part-Time | Night Shift (10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.) | Rotating weekends
