Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for Cheaha State Park in Delta, AL. The role oversees front desk agents, reservations, check-ins/outs, and switchboard operations to ensure exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, support budgeting and scheduling, and supervise staff while maintaining a welcoming, professional image with guests and partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Clerical skills including typing, filing, cash register operation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and provide quality guest service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff and operations.
• Assist in planning daily operations, scheduling, and training.
• Check guests in/out, handle reservations and inquiries.
• Balance cash at start and end of shifts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain service quality.
