Job summary

Body Motion Physical Therapy in Edmonds, WA is seeking a Front Desk & Operations Support Lead to ensure exceptional client experiences and smooth daily operations. The role focuses on welcoming clients, guiding them through services, and coordinating schedules with pelvic health experts.

Ideal candidates are organized, personable, and proactive, with a passion for improving systems. This is a full-time role with four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, in Edmonds, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and creating an outstanding first impression in person, by phone, text, and email.
• Helping prospective clients understand our services and scheduling complimentary consultations with our pelvic health experts.
• Managing provider schedules and maximizing appointment availability.
• Following up with prospective and existing clients to ensure they feel supported throughout their care journey.
• Maintaining accurate client records within our electronic medical record and CRM systems.
• Supporting daily front desk operations, administrative tasks, and clinic organization.
• Helping improve office systems and workflows as our clinic continues to grow.
• Coordinating communication between providers, leadership, and clients.
• Assisting with projects that support clinic operations, marketing initiatives, and client experience.
