UFC GYM Miami is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to manage the Juice Bar Grab N Go and front desk responsibilities. You will keep the self-serve station stocked, ensure cleanliness, and maintain an inviting, well-organized Merch Store area to enhance member experience.

You will greet guests, assist with merchandise inquiries, participate in inventory, and help achieve individual sales goals set by the Merchandise Supervisor while contributing to a vibrant, fitness-oriented

Qualifications

• Greet guests and promptly assist
• Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Respond to member questions and requests
• Maintain maintenance log, fitness profiles, and group reservations
• Keep front desk and lobby neat and clean

Responsibilities

• Responsible for food preparation and stocking Juice Bar Grab N Go.
• Ensures self-serve station is fully stocked (Spoons, Forks, Knifes etc.).
• Maintains Juice Bar cleanliness.
• Keeps merchandise clean and ready to be displayed.
• Oversees inventory and ensure items are stocked in Gym Store.
• Responsible for hitting individual sales goals assigned to you by the Merchandise Supervisor.
• Greets and assists customers and advises on utilization and care of merchandise.
