Job summary

UFC GYM in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a friendly front desk and Juice Bar team member to help guests and members with service, inventory, and merchandise care. You will greet customers, keep the Juice Bar stocked, and ensure a welcoming environment.

You will answer calls, maintain logs and reservations, manage Gym Store inventory, and support sales goals while contributing to a positive member experience and community.

Qualifications

• Warmly greeting and promptly assisting guests and members.
• Answering incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Responding effectively to member questions and requests.
• Maintaining the Maintenance Log, fitness profiles, telephone inquiries, and group fitness reservations.
• Keeping front desk and lobby neat and clean at all times.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and stocking for the Juice Bar Grab N Go.
• Ensuring the self-serve station is fully stocked (spoons, forks, knives, etc.).
• Maintaining Juice Bar cleanliness.
• Keeping merchandise clean and ready to be displayed.
• Overseeing inventory and ensuring items are stocked in the Gym Store.
• Achieving individual sales goals assigned by the Merchandise Supervisor.
• Greeting and assisting customers, advising on utilization and care of merchandise.
