Job description

Join to apply for the Front Desk Night Auditor role at WaTiki Indoor Waterpark Resort.

Responsibilities:

1. Make room reservations and check guests in and out of the hotel.
2. Issue room keys, pamphlets, discount cards, etc.
3. Provide information to guests regarding hotel services, entertainment, shopping, and travel.
4. Ensure confidentiality, security, and safety of hotel guests.
5. Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
6. Compute bills, post charges, collect payments, and make change.
7. Run various reports, both handwritten and computer-based.
8. Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the front desk and lobby area.
9. Wear a uniform and nametag at all times on property.
10. Balance all daily reports and post charges efficiently.
11. Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
12. Work Thursday through Saturday.
13. Have strong computer skills and ability to learn hotel property management systems.
14. Learn front desk technical procedures quickly.
15. Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and management.
16. Possess basic knowledge of accounting operations.
17. Be at least 18 years old.
