Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa, proudly managed by Coral Hospitality, seeks an experienced Assistant Front Desk Office Manager to lead our Front Desk, Night Audit, and Guest Services teams.

Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, you will supervise 10–15 staff, ensure prompt, courteous service, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Sales, and Reservations to optimize room blocks, rates, and guest experiences in a dynamic mountain resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• Previous hospitality or front-office leadership experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with PMS, Opera, Synaxis, GDS, CRS, and Microsoft Office are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Desk, Night Audit, and Guest Services operations.
• Ensure every guest receives prompt, courteous, and personalized service.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and support a team of approximately 10–15 employees.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain staffing levels and manage workflow; coordinate with Housekeeping for ready rooms.
• Oversee group room blocks, VIP billing, special requests, and corporate accounts.
• Assist with revenue management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure end-of-shift balancing and completion of required checklists.
