Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring a front desk agent for in-person shifts at our Cincinnati, OH location. The role focuses on greeting members, handling check-ins, and guiding them toward services while maintaining a welcoming environment.

This part-time position offers morning, evening, and flexible shifts. You will generate referrals, conduct gym tours, enroll new members, and maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness systems.

Qualifications

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
