Responsibilities include generating appointments, giving gym tours, enrolling members, and maintaining records in our master systems. Strong customer service, clear communication, and a passion for helping people stay active are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-desk or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to generate appointments and enroll members.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation required.
• Familiarity with gym services and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive environment for members checking in at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects and give gym tours to convert them to members.
• Inform members about membership services and equipment; sell services.
• Maintain accurate records in Crunch Fitness VFP master systems.
• Conduct daily facility walk-through to ensure cleanliness.
