Care Coordinator/Front Desk Medical Receptionist

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $16-18 / Hr

Clinic Location: Pflugerville - 15803 Windermere Dr Pflugerville TX 78660

Clinic Hours: Mon/Wed 10:00am-7:00pm, Tues/Thurs/Fri 7:00am-4:00pm

*Part-time and PRN employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) benefit.

Responsibilities

You’ll Achieve Success By:

  • Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/out, collecting payments, and appointment scheduling while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documents
  • Answering phone calls, assisting patients, and upholding HIPAA compliance, ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Basic office and customer service skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with others
  • Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
