About Us

Health & Wellness with HBOT is a high-end wellness & medspa delivering Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), IV therapy, red light, sauna/cold plunge, Hydrafacial, Morpheus8, and injectables—science-backed care with a luxury client experience.

Role Overview

You’re the face and heartbeat of the clinic—owning the front desk experienceandsupporting clinical care. You’ll greet and guide clients, manage the schedule, handle payments and memberships, and assist with HBOT sessions and basic clinical tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome, check in/out, and concierge clients; keep the day flowing smoothly.
• Confidently present memberships/packages; process payments and renewals.
• Prep rooms/equipment; guide clients through HBOT sessions (training provided).
• Take vitals and document visits accurately (HIPAA-compliant).
• Coordinate with providers; maintain standards for cleanliness, inventory, and logs.
• Manage messages, confirmations, reviews, and referrals via SMS/email/CRM.

What You Bring

• 1–3+ years in medical front desk, medspa, wellness, or MA role.
• MA certification (or relevant clinical experience)andstrong client-service skills.
• CPR/BLS; tech-savvy with EMR/CRM (Boulevard/Mindbody/Zenoti a plus).
• Polished communication, sales comfort, and calm professionalism.
